We at DIFS do our utmost to give you the best service possible and to assist you with your ordering.

BECOME A CUSTOMER

Do you want to become customer? Please fill in your details here. Kindly note that we only accept professional buyers, with business registration and fical number.
When we have processed your application you’ll receive the login and you are ready to order. We also appoint a dedicated contact to you who will assist you with your orders. 



ORDERING AT DIFS.NL

On the homepage you can select the assortmentgroup in which you order your products: dry groceries, fresh, frozen or Non-Food.
We advise to order per category, in order not to mix fresh goods with dry goods during shipments.
Search and select your items. You can order directly form the overview pager or look at the details of the products. Be aware: you are ordering in trade-units!
Order as much as you want. I fan item has a minimum order quantity it will be mentioned on the detailpage.
After finishing of the order go to the basket and finish the order. If everything is right, placet he order. You will receive an email with your ordered goods specified. Within a day one of our staffmembers contacts you to finalize the order. You will receive the official specifiaction and invoice. 
When there are issues or remarks or we see a need of adaptation of the order we will contact you to add or adjust.



PROCESSING

As soon as the order is finalized the goods will be collected in our warehouse. As it should be we proces the order as fast as we can and plan delivery on the first option or on your planned shipment date.



PRE-ORDERING PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

We have several kinds of promotions or pre-order options:


Stocklots:

First come, first served. If you order these items online the order is final after we have received your payment.



Specials:

These are bi-weekly promotional items. You can order 3 weeks in advance for shipment together with your regular order. If you only buy on promotions we ask for a prepayment, after payment goods are ready to pick up at your convenience.



Seasonal

Seasonal items need to be reserved several months in advance. We may ask a downpayment for reservation.
